TROVEX provides monitoring and deception technology. Our platform deploys intelligent honeypots and deception layers that detect, deflect, and analyze unauthorized access attempts against your infrastructure. By using TROVEX, you acknowledge that our services are designed to supplement — not replace — your existing security measures.

• We are not liable for loss of data or revenue.
• We are not liable for actions of third parties.

TROVEX is a monitoring and detection tool. While we strive to provide the highest level of protection, no security solution can guarantee complete immunity from all threats. You are responsible for maintaining your own security hygiene and implementing our recommendations.

Maximum liability equals amount paid in last 30 days. Under no circumstances shall TROVEX's total aggregate liability exceed the total amount you have paid for our services in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This cap applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based.

By using TROVEX you agree these terms are binding. Your use of the platform, whether through direct interaction, API integration, or any other means, constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the service immediately.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify you via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of TROVEX after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
